Shepherd Works welcomes Simone Peters, Clinical Hypnotherapist to the team!

Exciting News! Shepherd Works welcomes Simone Peters, Clinical Hypnotherapist to the team! Why might you benefit from seeing Simone? Hypnotherapy has been an effective therapy proven in many double blinded international scientific studies to help minimise symptoms of IBS.

Although changing your diet can be helpful in relieving symptoms for FODMAP intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, and other food intolerances, sometimes your subconscious can be contributing to symptoms, too. Simone’s specialist hypnotherapy techniques can help you train your subconscious to minimise any symptoms they may be causing.

Simone’s consulting hours are Tuesday 5-8pm. Please phone Sonia on 03 9890 4911 to book an appointment.
